Perform emergency procedures appropriate for a critical access facility with a broad EM skillset. Collaborate with attending physicians, APPs, and support staff in a team-oriented environment. Manage patient admissions, discharges, and transfers, including physician-led observation unit protocols. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Epic EMR system.
