This position is responsible for all Accounting, Financial, and Human Resources functions. This is a hands-on position and we are looking for an individual with a take-charge attitude who will help our organization move forward to the next level. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Responsible for the day-to-day Accounting functions including: Accounts Payable, Payroll and Expense Analysis, and supervising AR/AP. All Month End closing processes including bank reconciliations, G/L, Journal entries, financial statement preparation and analysis. Daily billings and bookings report Producing Monthly sales reports for sales representatives Work closely with President and Vice President on daily basis Human Resources functions including new hiring/exiting processing, benefit administration, payroll, and employee relations. Supervise and work with various departments Take on various projects to assist with operational growth. QUALIFICATIONS: Accounting Degree, CPA preferred At least 7+ years proven Accounting experience with the ability to supervise various functions. Ability to work independently and make decisions for the best benefit of the company. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office systems, Outlook, Word, and Excel is a must. ERP Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains software, reporting, and SalesPad. Ability to analyze and communicate with all types of people and organizations. Strong work ethic and problem-solving abilities. Being able to multitask and meet deadlines.
