Make outbound calls and follow up consistently with prospects. Quote and sell personal lines and life insurance. Conduct insurance reviews and recommend appropriate coverage. Build client and referral relationships. Maintain an organized sales pipeline and document activity. Work toward monthly sales and production goals. Participate in coaching, training, and team meetings. Requirements Motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable with outbound calls, sales conversations, and asking for the business. Organized, dependable, and consistent with follow-up. Coachable and receptive to feedback.
