We’re hiring multiple Insurance Sales Producers to join our growing team. We are hiring in office remote . Current Allstate Insurance Sales Producer will receive a sign-on bonus. In this role, you’ll drive agency growth through outbound sales, customer relationships, and expert policy guidance.

• Base Salary: $40,000. First-year earnings: $60,000 to $70,000

Responsibilities

• Be outstanding at relationship building
• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations and close sales
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads and referral sources
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage
• Lenders, Title Companies and Auto Dealers.
• Participate in weekly team meetings
• Service existing clients by answering questions and adjusting policies as needed

Requirements

• Oklahoma Property Casualty Insurance License required
• Life Insurance License is a bonus
• Minimum of 1 year insurance sales experience is preferred
• Driven, self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency
• Possess an upbeat positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up
• Computer proficiency and CRM familiarity
