One team.Whether you're an experienced correctional nurse or exploring this specialty for the first time, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.What You'll DoDeliver direct patient care including assessments, medication administration, treatments, and emergency responseMonitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare teamMaintain accurate electronic medical records and documentationCollaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and correctional personnelEducate patients and promote wellness while ensuring quality, compassionate careFollow established clinical protocols and maintain compliance with company and facility standardsQualificationsWhat We're Looking ForActive, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in AlabamaStrong clinical assessment and critical thinking skillsExcellent communication and organizational abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary teamCorrectional nursing experience is welcomed but not required.
