Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor | Brooksville, FL Are you an experienced tradesperson, maintenance professional, or independent contractor ready to bring your skills into a leadership role? BDC Brands is looking for a hands‑on Maintenance Supervisor who can take ownership of our facility and equipment maintenance, strengthen our preventive maintenance program, and lead a small team. What You’ll Do Oversee facility and equipment maintenance, including pumps, mixers, fillers, forklifts, electrical systems, and PLCs Develop and manage a preventive maintenance program Supervise, train, and support two Maintenance Technicians Lead safety, 5S, organization, and continuous improvement efforts Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs Partner with leadership on equipment upgrades and facility improvements Document maintenance procedures, schedules, and completed work What We’re Looking For Five or more years of experience in skilled trades, industrial maintenance, or maintenance leadership Strong electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or multi-trade experience A hands‑on leader who can manage projects from start to finish Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills The ability to create structure, document processes, and follow through A self‑starter who values safety, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement Experience running your own business or working independently is a plus.
