Overview We are hiring a Recruiter to support growing recruiting demand across the business. This role will manage full-cycle recruiting, partner with hiring managers, and help deliver a strong candidate experience from sourcing through offer. Requirements Able to work in-office at least 3 days per week - Plano Office 3–5+ years of recruiting experience ATS experience required - iCIMS preferred Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned openings Partner with hiring managers on intake, candidate profiles, and hiring strategy Source, screen, and advance qualified candidates Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication Maintain accurate records and workflow in the ATS Support offer process and hiring decisions Help meet recruiting demand with speed, quality, and strong execution #J-18808-Ljbffr
