Role Overview The Recruiter will serve as the first point of contact, introducing opportunities, conducting brief qualification calls, and documenting outcomes. Daily contact with candidates via phone, email, LinkedIn, text messaging services such as WhatsApp Download resumes from third‑party resume databases Answer candidate questions, concerns, and request for more information Connect and search for qualifying candidates via LinkedIn Post new and existing openings on various Aviation job boards Search for both passive and active candidates Constantly review and update candidate cases/status in internal database Review candidate documents and submit on time to clients Skills You have to be able to write and speak clearly and professionally You must multi‑task, prioritize and be efficient You have to be meticulous You have to document, track, and monitor candidates incredibly closely You cannot be lazy in regards to workload or details You have to be organized You have to be able to have fun, laugh and have a good time Why Join Us Be part of a growing aviation company with new and exciting business lines.
