• Coordinate treatment plans and ensure seamless communication between patients and healthcare providers.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient records efficiently using our practice management software.
• Provide patients with information on treatment options and address any inquiries they may have.
• Assist in the development of treatment protocols and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure patient satisfaction and compliance with treatment plans.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all materials are readily available.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to optimize patient flow and enhance service delivery.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving patient care and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare is a plus.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a coordination or administrative role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and scheduling software.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to patient confidentiality and care.
