Social Media Intern — Be Amazing Nashville, TN | In-Office | 20+ hrs/week | 3–6 month term (potential to extend) Reports to: Sarah Renn, Social Media Manager About Be Amazing Be Amazing is a wellness company committed to making comprehensive wellbeing accessible to all. After our co-founder Mike overcame a rare form of cancer, we dedicated ourselves to creating positive change through innovative products, an inclusive philosophy, and a commitment to giving back. We're working to transform the way people support their health with exceptional, research-backed products that taste incredible. Wellness is for everyone, and anyone can Be Amazing. You can find us in Target, Sprouts, Whole Foods, HEB, Wegmans, and on TikTok Shop. Our social has taken off recently (40M+ view videos, viral pranks, big brand partnerships) and we're looking for another set of hands to help us keep the momentum going. The Role Our storage closet has been a Hawaiian resort, a wedding chapel, and a haunted supermarket, and we need another set of hands to help us keep pulling this stuff off. You'd be sourcing props, styling sets, filming extra angles, running for the thing we forgot, jumping into a costume when we need a fifth body, keeping DMs alive during shoots, and generally being the connective tissue that turns a chaotic idea in the group chat into a video that hits 10 million views. You'll work directly with Sarah, Rachel, and our founders across everything from big monthly production days to the day-to-day social work that keeps the community engaged. What You'll Do

• Help set up, style, and break down sets for elaborate video shoots
• Source and pick up props, costumes, and supplies for shoots (a solid chunk of the week is spent hunting down the exact thing that makes a video work)
• Assist with putting together PR packages for influencers and community members
• Help respond to comments and DMs in our brand voice
• Jump behind the camera when we need an extra hand filming
• Keep track of a lot of small moving pieces across multiple shoots and campaigns
• Pitch in on whatever random thing comes up (this is social, something always comes up)

MUSTS

• Based in Nashville
• Have a car and reliable transportation
• Comfortable running errands and picking up props, supplies, costumes, etc.
• Funny and personable, but with enough of a "PR brain" to know what is and isn't appropriate to say from a brand account
• Preferably chronically online lol
• Comfortable helping respond to comments and DMs while keeping our brand voice
• Detail-oriented and good at keeping track of lots of small moving pieces
• Flexible and willing to help with the random things that inevitably come up with social content
• Take initiative and notice what needs to be done without always needing super specific direction

Bonus Items (Not Required ) •Some experience filming or comfortable jumping behind the camera when needed

• Nice handwriting for personalized PR packages
• Premiere Pro and/or CapCut experience (having editing experience makes for a more efficient filming process when you're behind the camera)
• Some production or set experience and comfortable helping set up, style, and break down sets for elaborate videos (this can be taught, so personality fit matters more than professional training)
