Maintenance Technician

Maintenance TechnicianSchedule:Wednesday: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AMThursday, Friday, Saturday: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AMPay Rate: $29.00 - $33.00 per hour, based on experienceKey Responsibilities:Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and other equipment issues.Work with AC/DC electrical circuits and controls.Assist with PLC troubleshooting (non-programming level).Perform equipment setups, lubrication, cleaning, and routine maintenance tasks.Operate equipment such as forklifts and scissor lifts when needed.Qualifications:2+ years of maintenance experience preferred.Experience with 3-phase and low-voltage electrical systems.Knowledge of welding, fabrication, gearboxes, bearings, conveyors, and rotating equipment.Familiarity with photo eyes, proximity switches, and precision measuring tools.Basic plumbing experience (PVC, copper, and black iron pipe) is a plus.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.Work Environment:Food manufacturing facility following strict GMP and food safety standards.Physically active role requiring standing, bending, reaching, lifting, and working around machinery.Safety shoes are required, including during the interview, as a facility tour is part of the process.Benefits:Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k)Company-paid Life Insurance and Long-Term DisabilityCareer growth and advancement opportunitiesOngoing training and developmentPositive and team-oriented work environmentWe are looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work, solving mechanical and electrical problems, and being part of a team that keeps production running efficiently.
