Overview Pizza Hut® is hiring a Shift Manager. This role focuses on developing management skills while leading shift operations, with training and opportunities for career advancement and recognition for performance. Responsibilities Lead and supervise shift operations to deliver quality service and ensure customer satisfaction. Foster teamwork, coach and motivate team members, and maintain a positive work environment. Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, and food quality; ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Support training and development of team members and help implement operational best practices. Collaborate with restaurant management to execute daily goals and drive operational efficiency. Occasionally assist with deposits and other duties that may require reliable transportation. Qualifications 18 years of age or older Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (not solely public transit) Desire to learn and grow in restaurant management #J-18808-Ljbffr Pizza Hut
