Job Description Amcor - Batavia, IL 60510 Pay: $26.41/hour Night shift premium: Additional $0.75/hour (if working nights) Bonus: $1,000 referral bonus Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 6 PM-6 AM, fixed 4-3 rotation What You’ll Do Set up and run slitting machines to meet production standards Perform quality checks and document results Troubleshoot basic equipment issues Record production data and maintain clean work areas Must Have Machine operator, manufacturing, production, packaging, printing, or web handling experience Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a fixed 4-3 schedule Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
