Assembly Specialist (Electrical Assembler)

Location: Hazelwood, MO
Pay:
1st shift: $21.50/hour
3rd shift: $24.50/hour
Schedule:
1st shift: Monday - Thursday 6am-4:30pm
3rd shift: Monday–Wednesday | 5:30 PM – 5:30 AM (12-hour shifts) 
Overtime: Available - Thursday 5:30pm - 2am

Job Overview

Kelly Services is hiring Assembly Specialists (Electrical Assemblers) for a manufacturing client in Hazelwood, MO. In this role, you will assemble life safety products using detailed instructions, hand tools, and quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.

This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in precision, and want consistent overnight hours with a strong manufacturing team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic and mechanical components following written instructions and diagrams
• Use hand tools and light power tools (screwdrivers, pliers, cutters, etc.)
• Package completed products, including boxing and using automated taping equipment
• Follow quality control standards and partner with QC to ensure product accuracy
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area following all safety guidelines
• Work collaboratively with team members in a production environment
• Accept coaching and feedback to improve quality and efficiency
• Support additional production tasks as needed

Requirements

• Manufacturing, warehouse, or assembly experience preferred
• Ability to use hand tools and perform repetitive assembly tasks
• Ability to lift and handle components up to 10 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Commitment to safety and quality standards
