Operations Analyst Specialist

Join the American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO) and play a key role in supporting the systems and operations that serve a global community of eye care professionals. As a Member Operations Analyst, you’ll help ensure seamless inventory management, improve workflows across teams, and support the tools and systems that power member services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving operational challenges, working cross-functionally, and using data to drive efficiency and service quality.
