• Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30), alternative shift available (Day 4x10-Hour, 06:00 - 23:00)
• Hours/week: 40 hours
• Employment Type: Full-time, Contract
• Licenses/Certifications: Ohio RN license, BCLS certification required, EPIC experience required
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in operating room nursing, circulating and scrubbing preferred, neuro, thoracic, ENT, ortho, plastics, urology, GU/GYN, robotics, and oncology experience preferred

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care in the operating room setting, including circulating and scrubbing duties
• Assist surgeons during procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using EPIC EMR system
• Collaborate with surgical teams, anesthesia, and support staff to ensure smooth operations
• Adapt to a rotating schedule, including daytime, evening, and weekend shifts as needed
• Assist with call coverage, including evening, night, and weekend shifts
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and current healthcare standards

What You Need

• Valid Ohio RN license and BCLS certification
• At least 2 years of OR nursing experience, including circulating and scrubbing
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills
• Preference given for experience in neuro, thoracic, ENT, ortho, plastics, urology, robotics, or oncology
