This role is completely remote, providing you with the flexibility to work from home while making a significant impact on clients' lives. Our setup supports a work-life balance with operational hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, allowing you to manage your schedule efficiently. You will engage with clients via secure video conferencing platforms, utilizing appropriate telehealth technologies to facilitate effective communication and therapeutic interventions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify the cognitive, emotional, and psychological needs of clients.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, considering their unique circumstances and personal goals.

The Sound Mind, Ltd serves a diverse client population, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health disorders. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with clients of various ages and backgrounds, tailoring your approach to address specific needs and fostering a trustworthy therapeutic relationship to facilitate their journey towards recovery and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Valid New York State clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC) is required.

• Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients in a virtual setting.

• Technological proficiency in telehealth platforms and related software.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
