Description
NextGen Hospitality Solutions is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead our Healthy Fast Casual dining establishment in Boca Raton. This full-time, on-site position offers a unique opportunity to shape the dining experience and promote a healthy lifestyle through delicious, nutritious food options.
As the Restaurant General Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional service, and drive profitability while maintaining our commitment to quality and health-conscious offerings. You will play a pivotal role in developing a positive team culture, managing inventory, and executing marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence in the vibrant Boca Raton community.
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $74,000 annually, along with a dynamic work environment that encourages professional growth and development within the restaurant industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations and maintain high standards of food quality and service
- Lead and inspire a team of staff, fostering a positive work environment
- Oversee hiring, training, and performance management of employees
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers
- Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor financial performance and drive profitability
- Engage with customers to enhance their dining experience and address any concerns
Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar role within the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- In-depth knowledge of food service regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of profit and loss management
- Experience with health-conscious or fast-casual dining concepts is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality Management is preferred
