General Manager

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused General Manager to oversee the daily operations of a youth sports training facility. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for staff management, customer experience, sales growth, community outreach, and overall facility performance. The ideal candidate is a motivated leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about creating a positive experience for athletes and families. Key Responsibilities Manage daily facility operations and ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. Recruit, train, coach, and lead staff members. Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong community relationships. Drive membership, program, and retail sales growth. Develop local marketing initiatives and community partnerships. Oversee scheduling, payroll, budgets, inventory, and operational reporting. Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve business goals. Required 3+ years of leadership or management experience. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to lead teams and drive results. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Proficiency with scheduling, sales, and business software. Preferred Experience in youth sports, fitness, recreation, hospitality, or a membership-based business. Background in sales, business development, or customer relationship management. Knowledge of baseball, softball, or youth athletics is a plus.
