Payroll Clerk

Base Pay $18.00 - $20.00 / Hour Description Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about accuracy? We are seeking an experienced Payroll Clerk to join our accounting team. In this role, you'll be responsible for processing payroll for multiple locations while ensuring compliance with payroll laws and providing excellent support to employees. Responsibilities: Process accurate and timely bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls Calculate and process monthly commissions Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations Research and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly Respond to employee payroll questions and provide excellent customer service Process employee garnishments and wage withholdings Monitor and process employee benefit and 401(k) changes Coordinate with Human Resources regarding employee leave and other payroll-related matters Assist with additional payroll and accounting duties as needed Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of payroll experience required Automotive dealership payroll experience preferred, but not required Experience with Netchex payroll software is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team Ability to remain seated for extended periods during the workday If you're looking for an opportunity to grow your payroll career with a well-established organization that values accuracy, teamwork, and professional development, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
