Ready to step into leadership? Great Clips in Sylacauga needs an assistant salon manager who can motivate a team and deliver great haircuts. You will help with scheduling, training, and daily operations while still doing what you love behind the chair. We offer competitive pay ($25-$33/hr avg), profit sharing, 401(K), PTO, holiday pay, bonus programs, and a real path to salon manager.
