Responsibilities Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. Manage assigned departments, such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results. Ensure the Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive‑Thru areas are organized for the best service. Deliver great quality food quickly, maintain food safety, control food cost, and train kitchen staff in production procedures. Hire qualified crew, train them well, and schedule them to meet restaurant sales and profit goals. Requirements Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team player with a flexible schedule and a passion for working in a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. Must be 18 years or older to be a manager and have an open availability.
