Payroll Specialist - Client Success

We're looking for a Payroll Support Specialist to manage a dedicated client list, run payroll accurately, and be the go-to person when a client's payroll needs troubleshooting. Day-to-day:

• Engage with clients via phone and web to identify and resolve payroll challenges
• Provide technical support on payroll processing procedures
• Manage integration of client payroll submissions into eBacon's software
• First point of contact for employer and employee payroll questions

You're a fit if you have:

• 3+ years in payroll processing or payroll support
• Hands-on experience with SaaS payroll software (ADP, Paycor, Paylocity, or similar) required
• Strong customer service instincts and genuine interest in helping people
• Ability to manage multiple client payroll cycles at once

Nice to have:

• Construction industry background
• Exposure to certified payroll or prevailing wage work
• PEO or ASO experience
