Job description We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Medical Receptionist to join our team. Key Responsibilities Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage patient check-in and check-out processes with accuracy and efficiency. Confirm and update patient demographics and insurance information. Schedule and reschedule patient appointments as needed. Verify patient insurance coverage and handle related insurance/financial inquiries. Manage patient flow to ensure timely and efficient service. Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner. Assist patients with their needs and provide information about clinic services. Balance daily transactions and maintain accurate financial records. Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient service. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of medical office practices and medical terminology preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Outgoing and friendly personality with a professional appearance. Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment. Experience in front desk or customer service roles. Proficiency with computer systems and office software. Bilingual skills are a plus.
