Accounting Administrator

Job Summary Seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounting Administrator to support our accounting department in managing the lifecycle of AFEs. This role is essential in ensuring all required documentation is properly gathered, tracked, and submitted for approval in a timely and accurate manner. Key Responsibilities Assign AFEs and Property numbers, ensuring accuracy and consistency in alignment with internal requirements. Track AFEs from creation throughout the lifecycle, maintaining complete documentation. Coordinate with internal personnel to collect and verify all necessary supporting documentation prior to management review. Monitor the status of all AFEs and compile detailed monthly reports that highlight AFE statuses. Identify and address discrepancies or delays in the AFE process by working collaboratively with departments to resolve issues. Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with internal controls. Support the accounting team with other administrative tasks as needed. Preferred Skills Strong organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
