Remote SiriusXM Retention Sales Specialist - Sign-On Bonus

ECCO Group USA is seeking energetic call center sales agents in Charlotte, NC. You will reach out to Sirius XM former trial customers, offering promotional rates to continue service, with focus on effective rebuttals and closing sales.

This is a full-time position with training 9–5 ET and an optional 1p–9p shift. Remote work is supported, with a $11/hour base plus uncapped commission and a $400 sign-on bonus. Attendance in weeks 1–2 is mandatory.
