Program Manager

This position is contingent on contract award, expected to begin in July 2026. Technical / Operational Background: DCOPS / data center operations Enterprise VDI / end user computing Location: Charleston, SC (primary – must be local or willing to relocate immediately) Salary: Limited by government contracting regulations, commensurate with experience Position Responsibilities Overall program authority, government interface, execution control across all domains for a large, cloud based Health IT program for the DHA. Required Qualifications & Skills 15+ years total experience 10+ years managing large-scale DoD IT programs ($50M+ preferred) Direct experience supporting DHA, VA, or similar healthcare environments strongly preferred Experience managing CPFF contracts and multi-partner teams #J-18808-Ljbffr Athena Consulting Group, LLC
