Case Planner: Family Services & Compliance Lead
SCO Family of Service
SCO Family of Service is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee case management services and ensure adherence to all regulatory and program requirements. This role coordinates Initial Service Plans, client home assessments, and aftercare processes while leading team meetings and maintaining comprehensive case records. In addition to supervising Counseling Specialists, the candidate will train on DYCD Connect, handle intake activities when needed, and collaborate with coordination staff to #J-18808-Ljbffr SCO Family of Service
