• Lead complex assembly;
• Experience working as tech operator
• Working in Medical device or automotive industry
• ssembly of robotic/electromechanical/capital equipment
• Experience working with complex assemblies
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities
• Experience in working with SAP
• Experience working with MES preferred Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead complex assembly;
• Mentor juniors;
• Process improvement
• Problem solving;
• Work under pressure Generic Managerial Skills, If any
• Strong communication skills, with proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• bility to multitask, understand customer requirements, and respond promptly and accurately.
• Capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• bility to understand and follow complex written procedures.
• bility to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to team goals.
