Parts Counterperson – Join the Team at Wayne Subaru, Northern New Jersey

Wayne Subaru is seeking a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused Parts Counterperson to join our growing dealership team. If you have automotive parts experience, strong organizational skills, and enjoy helping both customers and technicians, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Assist retail and wholesale customers with parts lookup and sales.
• Work directly with service technicians to identify and source the correct parts.
• Maintain accurate inventory and parts ordering.
• Receive and stock incoming parts shipments.
• Process returns, warranties, and core returns properly.
• Keep the parts department organized, clean, and efficient.
• Use dealership management systems and manufacturer catalogs effectively.
• Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone.

Qualifications:

• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OEM automotive parts and accessories.
• Experience with dealership parts systems a plus.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Valid driver's license required.

Schedule:

• Full-time position.
• Weekday and rotating Saturday availability may be required.
