Position Summary IPG is currently seeking a highly motivated Architect / Project Manager. Primary responsibilities include drafting and design through full project management and construction administration, with close interaction with clients and the A/E team. Additional responsibilities will be based on the candidate’s education, skills, and experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a professional demeanor, strong organizational skills, and exceptional proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. This position requires a self-starter who is a team player and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Please send your cover page, resume, and portfolio to View email address on click.appcast.io The requirements and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture; licensure preferred. 3+ years of architectural project management experience. 3+ years of experience providing architectural services ranging from initial planning through construction administration. Ability to successfully manage multiple projects at a time. Extensive knowledge of building systems, materials, and construction methods. Preparation of designs, sketches, schematic drawings, and final working drawings. Ability to write and edit specifications and have experience with codes, agencies, and industry standards. Able to attend site visits when necessary. Must be self‑motivated, dependable, detail oriented, highly organized, and efficient with time. Ability to collaborate with others and communicate clearly in writing. Willing and able to work full time on site in our office in Valdosta, GA.
