Customer Service Representative - Lending

To support the Lending division, the full-time Customer Service Representative - Lending will conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, manage incoming calls, and facilitate communication between clients and Business Service Specialists while providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to qualify prospective clients for meetings with Business Service Specialists Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department and manage client information using the internal system Cross-sell additional Newtek services to enhance customer partnerships and support business growth Required qualifications: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Experience as an appointment setter, sales representative, or similar role is advantageous Ability to handle a high volume of calls daily Strong knowledge base of business lending products and services Flexibility to work varying hours, including holidays and weekends
