**What You’ll Do**Install equipment properly the first time he/she is at a customer’s locationBe neat and clean at all times and keeping his/her truck and equipment the sameAttend all training classes and training seminars to keep his/her expertise upgraded in his/her fieldAdhering to proper procedures in the use of paperwork (work order, return material tags, etc.)Take direction regarding scheduling from installation managerKeeping the Installation Manager informed at all times as to “where he/she is”, “where he’s/she's been”, and “where he/she is going”Follow through on job problemsTurn in all paperwork to office making sure it is filled out completely and accurately in the fieldResponsible for having all minimum required stock on truck at all timesOther tasks as requested by the Operations Manager or CEOSupervise and assign job duties to helper as appropriate**What you need to succeed:**At least 3 years' experience in HVAC Residential InstallEPA CertificationGood Mechanical abilityNATE certified or be working towards NATE certificationWork well under pressureMust have valid drivers’ license and a good driving recordMust have all required toolsAbility to handle difficult customer/diagnostic issuesAdaptability—the individual adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected eventsGood communicator – works well with different customers and office personnel personality styles**Physical Requirements:**Physically able to work on HVAC units - Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, or climbing ladders.Ability to work outside; exposed to heat and cold.Ability to hear and speak to exchange information. #J-18808-Ljbffr
