Hospital Discharge Equipment Liaison

Lincare in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Liaison who will interact daily with hospital case managers at facilities to deliver and set up O2 portability, nebulizers, and small DME items for patient discharge. You will educate on insurance criteria and required documentation, equipment, and programs available to benefit patients and facilitate discharge.
