Shift Details: 0630-1700 Holidays : Rotating Holiday Schedule Weekends : Some weekends


Job Summary:

Responsible for conducting and documenting basic and advanced cardiac diagnostic testing, including ECG's and assisting with Stress Testing on inpatients and outpatients in accordance with hospital objectives, policies and procedures. Demonstrates autonomy, good judgment and responsibility in the daily operational issues of the department. Other duties as assigned.


EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

Previous health care experience or equivalent is required. Background in cardiology is preferred. EKG or Telemetry experience desired.

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:

High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.


LICENSURE DESCRIPTION:

American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days of hire.
