Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 48 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel 298948 RN Med Surg, Fort Defiance AZ Job Description : Registered Nurse for Med-Surg Unit (MSU) for adult geriatrics and pediatric patients. With EXCELLENT Staffing Ratios:  Non Covid: typically 4:1, max 5:1. Covid patients: typically 2:1, max 3:1. Required Certifications: American Heart Association BLS, ACLS. and PALS is required. Experience: Three (3) years of med-surg experience, 1 year pediatric experience required, MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH BOTH ADULT AND PEDIATRIC PATIENTS. Setting: 20 bed medical surgical unit for adults and pediatrics Shift: 12 hour Night Shifts, but must be flexible to work other shifts, weekends and holidays, as needed. In addition to inpatient, may be assigned to help cover Flu Immunization clinics as needed.
