Job Description

Technicians are responsible for building strong relationships with coworkers and customers while growing their personal customer base. Duties include recommending and selling additional services to maximize job efficiency and reduce future service needs. Technicians must maintain departmental standards for tools, vehicle organization, and material stock. Consistency and teamwork are essential-employees are expected to work collaboratively, deliver uniform quality, and maintain a positive, cooperative work environment. Ensuring customer satisfaction through clear communication and diligent work is required on every job.

Job Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, conduit, and circuitry
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with NEC and local electrical codes
• Commitment to safety practices and OSHA standards
• Experience with residential, commercia, and/or industrial electrical systems
• Valid NM Driver's License

Salary

$66,560 - $104,000
