Receptionist (Part-Time)

Receptionist (Part-Time) The Chemico Group is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Part-Time Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This is a shared role the Receptionist will work closely with another receptionist to ensure the front desk is covered during business hours and that all responsibilities are handled efficiently. This position plays a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for guests and supporting daily office operations for our team. Experience & Qualifications One to three years of receptionist, customer service, administrative support, or office experience preferred. Experience operating a multi-line phone system is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and basic computer applications. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a shared receptionist to ensure seamless office coverage. Flexibility to adjust work schedules and provide coverage for the alternate receptionist during planned or unexpected absences, including occasional remote phone support. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Reliable high-speed internet access for remote phone coverage when needed. Professional, dependable, and committed to maintaining a welcoming and organized office environment. Education High school diploma or GED required. Additional coursework or training in office administration or customer service is a plus, but not required. Work Hours: This is a part-time, shared position. Specific work hours and schedule rotation will be discussed during the interview process.
