Senior SAP Pre-Sales Solution Architect

Salary: $149,445 - 276,750 per year Requirements:

• We want someone with 15+ years of experience in SAP presales, solution architecture, SAP consulting, and cloud-focused solution design.
• We need strong expertise in SAP ERP, S/4HANA, and related modules such as Finance and Supply Chain.
• We expect deep knowledge of our SAP cloud portfolio, especially S/4HANA Cloud, BTP, and other cloud services.
• We value excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
• You should be able to translate technical concepts into business language and value-driven recommendations.
• Experience with AI solutions for AI/Ops and improving SAP AMS throughput is important.
• Background in manufacturing or life sciences is preferred.
• A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is required.

• We support large and complex SAP AMS deals through pre-sales and process improvement initiatives.
• We design go-to-market offerings and solution concepts.
• We collaborate with our SAP AI CoE to create innovative solution approaches.
• We build and maintain relationships with customers and SAP product teams.
• We lead sales opportunities from initial engagement through closure.
• We deliver best-fit customer solutions with sound estimation and practical alignment.
• We provide technical and business consulting guidance during pre-sales and post-sales cycles for large enterprise ERP AMS programs.
• We act as a subject matter expert on S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and related SAP suites, serving as a strategic advisor throughout the sales cycle.
• We apply process expertise in Supply Chain and Manufacturing, including integration across SAP ERP modules.
• We work hands-on in manufacturing and supply chain analysis to support solution development.
• We develop AI use cases by partnering with AI development teams.
• We work with sales and presales teams to shape account strategies and create enablement content.
• We engage executives and clients in workshops, discovery sessions, solution presentations, and demos.
• We assess solution alternatives, compare trade-offs, and recommend the best strategy and timeline.
• We create business requirements documents, process maps, high-level solution diagrams, and scopes of work.
• We ensure a smooth handoff to delivery teams after deal closure and provide technical input to project stakeholders.
• We guide cross-functional discovery using industry best practices, customer research, and SAP experience.
• We stay current on SAP product roadmaps and market trends to inform presales strategy.
• We help develop RFI and RFP responses, including solution positioning and competitive messaging.
• We build business cases for cloud migration and transformation, emphasizing ROI and TCO.
• We deliver tailored demos, workshops, and presentations to showcase SAP cloud value.
• We collaborate with SAP technical and implementation teams to support a seamless transition from presales to delivery.
• We monitor competitive developments in the SAP cloud market to keep our approach relevant.
• We train other presales team members on technical aspects of our offerings and products.
