Vail Resorts in Colorado invites applicants for Winter Seasonal Rental Associate positions for 2026/2027. You will deliver world-class guest service in our retail shops, fit guests with rental equipment, and explain usage, safety, and return options for gear. Starting wage is $20 per hour, with roles across mountain activities, retail rental operations, and more.
