Managing the referral intake process, the full-time Referral Coordinator - SC, TX, IL, CO will ensure patients are triaged, matched with appropriate providers, and scheduled promptly while working remotely. Key responsibilities Receive and enter referrals into the system, ensuring eligibility verification and proper triage Contact patients to confirm service interest, verify insurance, and schedule appointments Manage follow-up communications and discharge patients after unsuccessful contact attempts Required qualifications Associate's or bachelor's degree in health sciences, psychology, or a related field 1+ year of experience in a medical or behavioral health administrative role Familiarity with mental health service types and terminology Strong phone communication and patient-facing skills Knowledge of HIPAA compliance
