Three Bird Nest is looking for an organized, creative, and fashion-minded Studio Coordinator & Content Creator to help keep our photo and video studio running smoothly while bringing our brand to life through social content.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves being part of the creative process, can keep multiple moving pieces organized, and understands what it takes to make a successful shoot happen. You'll help prepare for e-commerce, lifestyle, and video shoots, coordinate the people and products involved, provide support on set, and maintain an organized, shoot-ready studio.

You'll also help capture and create authentic content for our social channels, from behind-the-scenes moments and styling videos to trends, product content, and life around the studio.

You'll work closely with our Creative Operations Manager, Merchandising Team, Photo + Video Stylist, photographers, videographers, and social team to make sure every shoot is organized, efficient, and full of opportunities for great content.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Creative Operations Manager to prepare for upcoming e-commerce, lifestyle, and video shoots.
• Maintain shoot calendars, production schedules, timelines, shot lists, and other shoot-related details.
• Coordinate models, photographers, videographers, hair and makeup artists, and other creative partners as needed.
• Prepare products, samples, props, styling kits, and shoot materials in advance.
• Steam, rack, organize, and stage clothing ahead of shoot days.
• Make sure products and samples are accounted for before and after each shoot.
• Maintain an organized studio, including styling inventory, props, supplies, and production materials.
• Assist with location scouting and off-site shoot logistics when needed.

On-Set Coordination:

• Be present during studio photo and video shoots to help keep production organized and on schedule.
• Coordinate upcoming looks, products, props, and materials so the team is ready for each shot.
• Partner with the Photo + Video Stylist to make sure clothing and styling pieces are prepped and available when needed.
• Support photographers, videographers, models, and other creative partners throughout the shoot.
• Help troubleshoot production needs and solve problems as they arise.
• Maintain organization and continuity throughout multi-look and multi-product shoots.
• Capture behind-the-scenes moments and identify opportunities for additional social content while shoots are happening.

Content Creation:

• Partner with our social and creative teams to develop content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, paid advertising, email, and other marketing channels.
• Capture content during shoots, events, behind-the-scenes moments, and day-to-day studio activity.
• Help develop and create product-focused, styling, trend, lifestyle, and personality-driven short-form videos.
• Contribute ideas for social concepts, recurring content series, trends, styling videos, and creator partnerships.
• Stay current on social and fashion trends and identify opportunities that make sense for the Three Bird Nest customer.
• Serve as an occasional on-camera personality when appropriate.
• Help create content that feels authentic, engaging, and native to social rather than overly produced.

Events + Brand Activations:

• Support the planning and execution of pop-ups, customer events, influencer gatherings, and other brand activations.
• Assist with event setup, styling, coordination, and breakdown.
• Help coordinate products, props, vendors, and other event materials.
• Capture social and behind-the-scenes content throughout events.
• Represent Three Bird Nest in a professional, friendly, and engaging way when interacting with customers, creators, models, and partners.

Desired Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and project-management skills with the ability to keep multiple moving pieces on track.
• Passion for fashion, styling, content creation, and visual storytelling.
• Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-moving studio environment.
• Highly detail-oriented and able to anticipate what a production or creative team will need next.
• Collaborative and comfortable taking direction while also working independently.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and current social media trends.
• Comfortable capturing authentic short-form content on a phone.
• Comfortable occasionally appearing on camera.
• Ability to lift and move clothing racks, boxes, props, and other studio materials as needed.
• Experience in fashion, apparel, e-commerce, retail merchandising, photo production, social media, or content creation is a plus.
• Photography, videography, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing experience is a plus.

Role Details: This is an in-studio position based in Livermore, CA, averaging approximately 29 hours per week. Hours may vary depending on weekly photo and video shoot schedules, events, and other studio needs.

You'll work closely with our Creative Operations Manager, Merchandising Team, Photo + Video Stylist, and broader creative and social teams, helping connect everything happening behind the scenes with the content our customers ultimately see.

Physical/Onsite Requirements:

• This is an in-person role with regular work in a photo and video studio located within a warehouse-style/ranch environment with limited amenities and basic temperature control.
• Must be able to remain active and on your feet for extended periods during shoot and production days.
• Must be able to lift, carry, and move boxes, clothing racks, props, products, and other studio materials as needed, up to approximately 40 pounds.
• Must be comfortable with hands-on tasks including steaming, hanging, racking, organizing, staging, and moving apparel and studio materials.
• Some products may have residual manufacturing chemicals; gloves will be provided, and handwashing is required after handling.
• Must be comfortable working in a warehouse-style/ranch environment and following all safety protocols.
• Some off-site work may be required for photoshoots, events, or other brand activities.

What Success Looks Like:

The right person will help make sure every Three Bird Nest shoot feels prepared, organized, and efficient. Products are ready, schedules and shot lists are clear, creative partners have what they need, and the studio stays organized before, during, and after production.

At the same time, you'll help us make the most of everything happening inside the studioturning shoots, styling sessions, events, and everyday moments into authentic content that gives our customers another way to connect with Three Bird Nest.

Salary: $20 - $25 per hour
