Compensation is based on your commercial insurance experience, with first-year earnings starting at $60,000, plus bonus opportunities.

Mon-Fri Schedule

• Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial insurance clients, providing prompt, professional service.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and other policy servicing requests.
• Prepare certificates of insurance (COIs), quotes, and other policy-related documentation.
• Assist clients with coverage questions, billing inquiries, and day-to-day account servicing.
• Build strong client relationships by identifying cross-sell opportunities and recommending additional coverage when appropriate.
• Communicate with insurance carriers and internal team members to ensure timely, accurate service.
• Maintain accurate client records while helping deliver an outstanding client experience that supports long-term retention.

• Active California Property & Casualty License required.
• Prior insurance agency experience required (personal or commercial lines).
• Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Confident self-starter with the ability to work independently, while also enjoying being part of a close-knit, collaborative team.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, follow through, and follow up.
• Exceptional business writing and editing skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to take initiative, be proactive, and think outside the box.
