What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, focusing on rehabilitation and recovery.
• Implement individualized treatment plans for orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical patients.
• Use state-of-the-art equipment and EMR systems (EPIC) to document care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, mobility, and safety.
• Manage flexible scheduling to accommodate patient needs and facility requirements.
• Note: Must be available to work scheduled blocks including major holidays as needed.

What You Need

• Active Physical Therapy License in New Hampshire
• 2+ years outpatient experience in a clinical setting
• Strong communication and patient-focused skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
