In this vital role, you'll provide expert psychological services across one building, collaborating closely with staff and families to foster student growth and success. With a caseload of 40-50 students, you'll engage in evaluations, develop and manage IEPs, participate in intervention planning, and offer guidance tailored to diverse learning needs.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist credential (state licensure or certification as required)
• Prior experience in school-based psychological services
• Strong knowledge of IEP development, intervention strategies, and assessment tools
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities
• Comfort managing caseloads, timelines, and documentation in an educational setting
• Adaptability to collaborate across multiple grade levels and support multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and participate in eligibility determinations
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Consult with teachers, parents, and support staff regarding student progress, interventions, and ongoing needs
• Provide crisis intervention and participate in the development of behavior plans as needed
• Maintain timely, accurate records and contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture
• Engage in professional development and committee work when required

This contract runs from August 24, 2026 to June 7, 2027, providing consistent hours (37.5 per week) throughout the academic year. The position serves students within a single building, supporting them through academic, behavioral, and social-emotional challenges.
