Finance Manager

We’re hiring a Finance Manager to support a growing, multi-site U.S. manufacturing operation. This role partners closely with operations, supply chain, and leadership to drive financial performance, improve visibility, and support key business decisions across the organization. What you’ll do: Analyze financial results, trends, and key performance metrics Build and maintain cost, margin, and profitability analysis by product, customer, and business unit Own standard vs. actual cost variance analysis (materials, labor, overhead, purchase price) Monitor inventory performance, including valuation, turns, and excess & obsolete Support sourcing decisions, supplier changes, and make-vs-buy analysis Develop financial models, reporting tools, and dashboards Partner on strategic initiatives, including cost reduction, capital projects, and system implementations Collaborate across finance functions, including manufacturing, supply chain, payroll, tax, treasury, compliance, and financial systems What we’re looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3-5 years of finance/accounting in a manufacturing environment Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Clear written and verbal communication skills Why this role: High visibility across operations and leadership Opportunity to influence key financial and strategic decisions Stable, growth-oriented manufacturing environment with a strong focus on innovation and operational excellence Competitive compensation and strong benefits package, including: #J-18808-Ljbffr The Bolton Group
