Pediatric In-Home | $92K–$100K

Flexible Schedule | West Hollywood/Hollywood

Role Overview

Join a small, family-oriented pediatric therapy practice serving children throughout the West Hollywood/Hollywood area.

This Physical Therapist role offers the flexibility to build a schedule around assigned clients while working across children's homes, daycares, schools, community settings, and a pediatric clinic .

The practice provides a collaborative environment with OT, speech, social skills, administrative, and scheduling support.

Compensation & Benefits

• Full-Time: $92,000–$100,000/year
• Part-Time: $75 per visit
• Evaluations paid at 2x the treatment rate
• 10 PTO days + 5 sick days
• $500 annual CEU bonus
• 401(k)
• $250/month health stipend
• Flexible scheduling-clinicians choose their working hours around their caseload
• Saturday availability for optional work or make-up visits

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric PT services in homes, schools, daycares, community settings, and the clinic
• Complete evaluations, treatment sessions, progress reports, SOAP notes, and required documentation
• Manage an assigned caseload and travel efficiently between client locations
• Communicate with parents and the interdisciplinary therapy team

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in California
• Experience with children ages 0–3 / early intervention is appreciated
• Reliable vehicle and active auto insurance required
• Comfortable driving between client locations
• Strong clinical reasoning and critical-thinking skills
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Ability to independently manage documentation and a caseload

Full-time and part-time options available.

Clinicians have flexibility in determining their working hours as long as assigned clients are consistently seen. Saturdays may be used for optional visits or make-up sessions.
