Established (20+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking an Associate Attorney for their Team in Harrisburg, PA!

An established firm based in Harrisburg with over 16 years in practice is seeking an Associate Attorney with 4-7+ years of litigation experience to join their team onsite. This Attorney will have experience with civil litigation defense, including personal injury and premises liability matters , ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients in litigation and advisory matters.

Salary range: $120,000-$150,000+, contingent on experience

Qualifications:
Minimum of four years of civil litigation experience
Strong preference for personal injury or premises liability litigation background
Excellent legal writing and analytical skills
Comfortable managing a litigation caseload from inception through resolution
Active Pennsylvania bar admission in good standing

Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of civil litigation matters from intake through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
Conduct depositions and prepare witnesses for testimony
Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and settlement conferences
Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy
Provide clients with clear, timely case status updates and guidance
