Location: Washington, DC

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 Base + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

What You'll Do

• Lead daily front-of-house operations with a hands-on leadership style.
• Deliver an elevated guest experience while maintaining exceptional service standards.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a team focused on hospitality and execution.
• Manage labor, scheduling, and operational performance to achieve financial goals.
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence.
• Partner with the culinary team to ensure seamless communication and execution.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture that values accountability and growth.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in an upscale casual or polished casual concept.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
• Proven ability to lead in a high-volume, guest-focused environment.
• Experience managing labor, costs, and operational performance.
• Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Stable work history with opportunities for progression.
