Seven Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled RN for an Emergency Room/Emergency Department assignment in Mount Pleasant, TX. This travel position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, 16-bed ER environment, handling a range of cases including traumas and pediatrics. The unit is equipped with a trauma bay and fast-track beds, serving a diverse patient population with complex medical needs.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED

• Provide nursing care utilizing the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families
• Administer medications and treatments; monitor for side effects and effectiveness
• Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care given
• Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, family members, and/or caregivers

Requirements of the RN - ER/ED

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred
• 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty, preferred
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC (AHA only)
• RN License in state of TX or compact
